Fixed Star Fomalhaut &
Jupiter Series

This series features fixed star Fomalhaut conjunct Jupiter in creative, spiritual and artistic Pisces paper talismans and anklets.

Fomalhaut is a bright star in the mouth of the constellation of the Southern Fish, Pisces Austrinus and is located at 4 Pisces 07. It is one of the 4 Royal Stars of Persia, the Watcher of the South. The Four Royal Stars of Persia are often seen as the most important stars in the sky, with rich mythological histories.

In ancient times, the Persians believed that the sky was divided into four parts, with each one guarded by one of these mystical guardians. The 4 Royal Stars were considered “Guardians of the Whole Sky” due to their brightness and it was believed that these stars had a certain power, and their appearance symbolized a transformation. Today we know that they are the announcers of the changes of the seasons, and pre-announce the most important celestial events, the solstices, and equinoxes. These four key stars are also called archangel stars as each is connected to one of the four archangels. The archangel of Fomalhaut is Gabriel, Watcher of the South.

Fomalhaut is connected to creativity, musical talent, spirituality and gives fame, honor and spiritual change. Fomalhaut also grants great artistic and literary talents. I have this fixed star conjunct my MC so I have found myself able to connect and work with it easily.

At the elected time and day with Fomalhaut rising in Pisces, conjunct the greater benefic Jupiter, selected scapolite beads and seashells were inscribed with the sigil of Fomalhaut and consecrated. These along with other corresponding beads related to Fomalhaut were used to make a series of anklets. The anklets feature scapolite, Australian opal, diverse seashells, fish clasp, clear quartz beads and were each intentionally crafted by hand. This series also features paper talismans with an illustration by me. The back of each paper talisman was marked with the corresponding sigil of Fomalhaut and the blessings this fixed star brings
