Meditation Coaching
I am a certified meditation teacher and have over a decade of experience in meditation, spiritual and mindfulness practice. My own experience and healing has paved the way for me to be where I am today. As a meditation coach and holistic healer, I help my clients overcome stress, anxiety and depression through meditation, conscious breathing and coaching. Some of my specialties are breathwork, meditation, and art therapy. I will be here as your guide throughout the whole process. In this reading you can ask me any one question and I will cast a spread to give you detailed answers, insight and guidance. Includes an oracle. Ex. Questions are, “What is the best advice for regarding a certain situation?” or “What do I need to know right now?”

Gemstone Remedials And Talisman Prescription
I have studied in depth, on my own, and with Ernst Wilhelm on gemstone therapy based on Vedic astrology and gem & color therapy and effectively applied this knowledge for healing purposes. I will take a look at your natal chart and divisional charts to prescribe the best gems for you to wear that will benefit you the most.
