Life Force Energetics offers revolutionary energy healing that empowers individuals to experience profound transformation. This method is trauma-informed and unlocks blocked energy, processes deep-seated trauma, and catalyzes spiritual growth. My approach guides you towards holistic health and self-discovery unlocking the vast potential within each person by activating their innate life force energy.
My practice encompasses a comprehensive range of modalities, including trauma-informed techniques, integrative somatic therapies, acupressure, breathwork, sound healing, bodywork, movement and nervous system regulation. You can experience this profound transformation through in-person or virtual sessions tailored to your journey of healing and awakening.
As a facilitator, I create an energy vortex where life force energy gathers intensely, manifesting in sensations, visions, emotional releases and spontaneous movements. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space for your powerful healing experience. Online healing is as effective as in-person sessions, working with the energy body, accessible from anywhere. By participating, you can dissolve barriers and access your true self.
My goal as a facilitator is to create a rooted awareness and understanding surrounding this powerful healing modality and how deeply it can expedite and catalyze trauma healing for everyone. When you surrender with trust and openness, this incredible energy will be activated in your system. through your acceptance and letting go, you allow for the magic to truly take place.
Life Force explained
Life-force energy, the foundation of all existence, flows through every living being, animating our bodies and shaping the very essence of everything. Known by various ancient and newer terms such as Kundalini, Qi, Prana, Shakti, Divine force or Orgone, to name a few, it represents the fundamental energy that defines what we are and embody. It has been acknowledged by secular, spiritual, or religious groups alike from all across the world. In fact, all matter in the vast universe is fundamentally composed of this universal energy.
Although intangible and invisible, life-force energy permeates our beings, propelling us through each moment of our lives. It orchestrates our every movement, governs biochemical processes, and underlies the intricate interplay of conscious and unconscious bodily functions.
Life force energy is the term for the biological and spiritual potential of the human body to completely rewire the brain and create powerful changes in the body, enabling deep healing transformation on every level. In 99% of people, life force energy goes unharnessed, lying dormant deep within their nervous and endocrine systems.
Through life force activation, the various parts of the brain, spine, and nerve ganglia, along with the different endocrine glands, begin to rejuvenate, better link, and synchronize. The gonads, adrenals, and digestive glands (conectad to the experience of lower emotions) connect to the master glands at the heart, throat, and brain. These systems rapidly rejuvenate, function more efficiently, and begin to carry larger quantities of bio-electric (neurotransmitter and endocrine) traffic through the body. EEG and EKG scans show that kundalini “awakened” individuals have more efficient mental and biological processes.
Through the life force activation process i facilitate, a safe space is opened for your life force to do its magic, helping you heal and integrate traumas, as well as, personal, trans-personal, transcendent, and immanent consciousness. this process causes great illumination, overall expansion, heightened intuition, and great healing ability as well.

IN PERSON ~ Private
Private Activation sessions facilitated by me. These sessions may be attended by one more person at a slight additional cost. Upon booking, you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions on how to prepare, and what you’ll need to bring. Session lasts around 1 hour and 10min and you will be lying down on a yoga mat for the duration. if unable to lie down you may sit or stand as well. an intentional playlist specifically tailored for your session will be played throughout. ~$250
IN PERSON ~ Group
Session hosted by me with a small to medium group of people at an intimate location that offers a peaceful environment. can be indoors or outside upon request or more usually held at a venue. ~$65 per person
VIRTUAL~ Private
Individual online session facilitated by me and tailored to you specifically in the safety and comfort of your own designated space. Private sessions may be attended by one extra person at a slight additional cost. ~$180
VIRTUAL~ Group
Connect with like-minded individuals in a safe, comfortable and intentional virtual session guided by me. ~$40 per person
Virtual Session Information:
Please follow these instructions:
- Place your yoga mat in front of the computer camera in a way I can see your whole body.
- Wear comfortable clothes.
- Avoid dense foods 3 hours before the session. If you must eat, try something light like fruit. It’s much better if you fast.
- Do not consume any type of drugs, alcohol, or medication 24 hours before the session. (Check with your physician).
How Online Healing Works
As a facilitator, I do not need to be physically present for this intensified life-force energy to move through you. In the quantum field, there is no concept of time and space, allowing us to work with our energy from afar and experience the same energy level and intensity as in-person sessions. Online healing is as effective as hands-on healing because we engage with the mental, physical, and emotional aspects of our being by working with the energy body. The energy body can be accessed from anywhere, making physical presence unnecessary.
